All our mediators are highly trained, accredited and widely experienced. They are all full members of The Family Mediation Council, the College of Mediators and of other professional bodies. Our job is to help those in dispute find a workable, affordable and acceptable way forward. We have the skills, knowledge and expertise to help you sort out the issues that have led to the dispute and manage any difficult but necessary conversations to move things forward.
Lesa trained with LBA in 2016 specialising in Family Mediation and has since been working with Relate in the Midlands and Home Counties as their family mediator. Having first hand experience of the mediation process, Lesa has genuine empathy and understanding of her clients situation. Lesa also has qualifications in Civil and Commercial mediation and so coming from a corporate background has knowledge of a wide range of people from various walks of life and the situations that can arise in different environments..
Under the Family and Children Act 2013, attending an initial Mediation Information Assessment Meeting (MIAM) became mandatory from April 2014. The MIAM is an introduction to the mediation process, and is the first step. Lesa will provide a safe place to discuss ways to move forward while remaining totally impartial.
